Who we are
UFUQ Sustainability (أفق الاستدامة) is a company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for your data on this site. For privacy questions: info@ufuqsustainability.com
What we collect
When you send the assessment or pilot request form:
- Your company name and your contact person.
- A mobile number or an email address.
- Your equipment, fuel, what you are interested in, and whether you have environmental requirements.
- The language of the page you used.
- Your IP address, browser type and the page you came from, which our hosting provider records with each request.
And what you write in your request and later messages. Please leave out personal, financial or health details we do not need.
How we use it
To answer your request, contact you and prepare a measurement plan, to keep a record of requests and replies, and to protect the site from spam. Never for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the request, and the steps you ask us to take before any service. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. That does not affect processing done before.
How long we keep it
12 months after the request is closed. Then we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires longer.
Business correspondence
We may write to companies at published business addresses about our services, and stop as soon as you ask.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and loads its fonts and scripts from its own address. If we add a measurement or advertising tool later, we update this notice first.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations you may ask how your data is collected and used, ask to see, correct or destroy it where that applies, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@ufuqsustainability.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Complaints
Write to us first if you believe your data was handled against the law. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Changes
We publish any change on this page with its date.
